Form 4 Admission



2020 – 2021


A limited number of S4 places are now available in the College for the academic year 2020-2021. Students who have completed their junior secondary years are eligible to apply. 本校2020-2021年度有少量中四插班生學位,現正接受報名。


       How to apply 申請方法

  1. Complete an application form, which can be downloaded here, or obtained from the General Office from 1 June 2020 onwards. 申請人可於六月一日起在本校網頁下載或親臨本校校務處索取申請表格。
  2. Applicants are required to submit the following documents by post or in person to the General Office during office hours (Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon)申請人可郵寄或於辦公時間(星期一至五 上午九時至下午五時;星期六 上午九時至正午十二時)親臨本校校務處提交以下文件:

a.   a completed application form 填妥的申請表格
b.   a recent photo 近照一張
c.   photocopies of Secondary 1, 2 and 3 report cards 中一至中三成績表副本
d.   photocopies of other relevant supporting documents (e.g. certificates of extra-curricular activities, services and awards) 相關非學術成就證明文件副本(如獎狀、證書) 

The originals of all these documents should be ready for inspection on submitting the application. 申請人須帶備以上文件的正本,方便即時核對。

3. Selected applicants will be invited to sit for the entrance tests on English, Chinese and Mathematics and attend an interview conducted in English in mid-July. 合資格的申請人將被邀參加在七月中旬舉行的筆試(英文、中文及數學)及面試(英文)。


4. If applicants have not received any response on or before 22 July 2020, they should assume their application is unsuccessful. 如於七月二十二日仍未接獲邀請參加面試的申請人應視作不獲取錄。


5. Places are not offered on a first-come-first-served basis. 所有中四插班生學額並非先到先得。
